Where do you see yourself in a year?

This is where the coaching journey begins. 

I use a 5 step process to coach you from where you are in your life right now, to where you want to be in a year or 2 years.

Step 1- visualise your ideal life.

step 2-create a strategy of how you can get there.

Step 3- recognise the barriers that are keeping you where you are and start to change them.

Step 4- Learn skills that will change the way you think and break the barriers between you and your vision.

Step 5- Build momentum, maintain focus, act on your vision and become that vision of yourself.

Webinars and Masterclasses are my way of teaching life skills to bigger groups of people.


In webinars, we unravel broad topics. They are intended to provide useful information, unravel a problem and raise awareness.


The Masterclasses address more specific needs and challenge. they are for teaching life skills and training for personal development.


Life can be very creative when it comes to coming up with new challenges to keep us on our toes.

Breakups, divorce, the loss of a loved one,  moving countries, losing a job, parenting, anxiety and trauma... all these big changes can leave you feeling isolated and trying to figure out who you are and your place in the world.

Counselling is a form of therapy where we talk through these difficult emotions.  I also give exercises to help you deal with the emotions and teach healthy coping skills so that you can come out of these challenges stronger and more equipped to handle similar situations and  intense emotions.
